I am an internationally Certified Professional and Personal Development Coach (PCC). I founded Sane Solutions by Dru in 1998, and since then have provided Coaching to organizations and individuals experiencing frustration, overwhelm, and lack of focus in reaching their professional and personal goals.
My clients learn to maximize their productivity and effectiveness while decreasing their stress. They gain clarity and begin to achieve their goals with more focus and ease. The process is tailored to each individual’s needs and ensures that clients are able to see measurable results before, during, and after their engagement. In short, I can truthfully state that businesses and lives are transformed.
Every one of my clients receives efficient, non-judgmental, innovative, and discreet treatment from beginning to end. All of our work and interactions are 100% confidential. A high level of accountability and support during the process provides for long-lasting effects and produces measurable results which transform the businesses and lives of the client as well as those they serve.
Before becoming a PCC, I graduated with a B.S. from Northwestern University and launched a successful career in the entertainment industry. At the peak of my “glamorous ” (read NOT) success, I decided to shift my focus to the innovative new field of Organizing Consulting. And although I loved the camaraderie, teamwork and eighty hour weeks (again NOT), I took a dare and decided to follow my passion of supporting and empowering others to find theirs.
Within a few years of being an organizing consultant it became clear to me that I was most interested in working with those clients who desired to increase their ability to be successful, resilient and produce measurable results. I needed proven tools to do that, so I went back to school and became a Professional Certified Coach. My clients began moving past the obstacles that had been keeping them from their successes, and began achieving the professional (and personal) goals that had been out of reach for so long.
I obtained my training and credentials as a Certified Coach from the rigorous Academy for Coaching Excellence. I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and routinely participate in continuing education in my field. I live in Whitefish, Montana.
As I read the testimonials that clients send me I realize just how amazing they are. They all have successful professional lives as authors, financial advisors, CPAs, tax accountants, DOD staffers, and college administrators.
It’s not their professional successes that amaze me; it’s the quality of the lives they lead.
Each one of them has found their innate capacity to say “Yes” to so much of what life has to offer. Among them there are parents who run half-marathons and sail small boats across foreign seas. There are furniture restorers, biographers, traumatic-brain injury survivors, certified aerobics teachers, barn builders, dog show winners. There are care-givers that have supported loved ones through life and death.
Life is hard.
Sometimes just getting ourselves out of bed feels like more than we can handle. There are the illnesses that visit, plus the chores and responsibilities that pile up. There are the flat tires and personal disappointments that arrive unannounced and throw a monkey wrench into our days.
Then there’s the bigger stuff (war, death, lost loves) that hurt us. All of my clients experience their share of rough days and dark times. They experience all the highs and lows, loves and losses like the rest of us.
But my clients are much more resilient. They have learned to do something different. They have learned tools and skills that help them to navigate the rough days with more ease and focus. They go out and make the things they thought were out of their reach HAPPEN.
You can too.
Let me help.
